Twitter today announces changes to its mobile app notification system. Soon, in this social network, new news will be personalized for each user, depending on their interests.
Now Twitter announces news updates for followers of hot days. But it’s supposed that these notifications will be personalized for each person so that they have a better experience of browsing the news in the Twitter environment.
New notifications are personalized depending on the user accounts you love and the things you tweet about. When one of them is sent to you, just touch it to display a page containing similar tweets and videos related to that news.
Related events will also be displayed at the top of your timeline. To date, these panels, called “Happening Now,” were used to track live sports scores, but now Twitter has expanded its applications to popular news users. With this in mind, along with getting general news, you’ll always see news that’s just important to yourself at the top of your timeline.
But along with these changes, Twitter has announced that it will also change the Explore tab in the coming months. Tweets are scheduled to be classified shortly after the “type of content” as well as “subject”. In this case, you will be able to easily distinguish between scientific, fun, technology and … tweets.
If you are active on Twitter, you should know that one of the major drawbacks to this social network is the ability to categorize tweets. But thanks to the newly announced changes, it is hoped that this Twitter limit will be completely removed from the users’ perspective.
Personalized notifications for news over the coming weeks will be provided to Twitter. But it looks like we should wait longer for changes in the Explorer section.
